Limited Property/Boundary Surveys
A Limited Property/Boundary Survey is limited only in that they are intended to depict physical conditions limited to the specific matters being addressed. They need not be overburdened with any information not applicable to the specific matter(s) being addressed. These types of surveys sometimes uncover matters or concerns outside of the intended proposal. These concerns are expressed to the client and remedial consultation, and additional considerations is advised.
