Absolutely, we walk you through your survey and explain boundaries, easements, and key features. Our goal is to ensure you have clarity and confidence in your property information.
We maintain records according to Section 20-300b-19 of Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies, Title 20. Field and office records shall be retained as permanent record. You can request copies anytime for reference or future projects. A small fee may apply for future request of mapping and/or records after the satisfaction of the original agreement. This ensures time and material compensation after the professional agreement has been satisfied.
